Microsoft Gamefest - Registration

REGISTER NOW Gamefest combines the best of the former Xfest and Meltdown events, bringing together all of the material you need to create great games for all Microsoft platforms in one premier game technology conference. Expect cutting edge development knowledge delivered in 90 talks in 10 content tracks delivered over two full days as well as an Expo Hall packed with more than thirty middleware providers, test vendors, and much more. On-line Registration is Now Closed Registration for Gamefest is now closed. Registrations will only be accepted on-site during Gamefest registration hours at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center. Please note - space is limited. Registration Description & Fees (All prices are given in US currency) Conference registration fee includes keynote and breakout sessions, expo, hands-on workshops, conference materials, evening events, food and beverage functions, and access to Testing/Meeting Suites.

Cancellation and Refund Policy All conference cancellations must be requested by email at registration@microsoftgamefest.com or by FAX to Gamefest Registration at (707) 829-9483. Name replacements are not accepted. If you have a replacement, you must cancel the original reservation and the new person will need to register separately. Cancellations made before July 20 at 5:00 PM PDT, will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made after July 20 at 5:00 PM PDT, as well as no shows, are liable for the full registration fee. In the unlikely event that Gamefest is cancelled by Microsoft, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.
